Products & Descriptions

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, slight variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting conditions, or screen displays.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special-order items are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable and safe access for delivery vehicles. Any damage, shortages, or errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Installation

Any installation guidance provided by GP Fencing is offered as general advice only. GP Fastlane Motors Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrect installation carried out by customers or third parties. Responsibility for proper installation rests with the installer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GP Fastlane Motors Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
